Alaska Automation Solutions provides digital products and automation services. Due to the nature of digital goods and downloadable content, all sales are subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Digital Products (Non-Refundable)

All digital products, including but not limited to:

• Excel macros

• Templates

• Automation scripts

• Downloadable tools

• Digital files

are provided “as is” and are non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Because digital products are immediately accessible and cannot be “returned,” we do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Accidental purchases

• Lack of compatibility with your system

• Failure to read product descriptions

• Incorrect software versions

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a legitimate technical issue:

• You must contact us within 7 days of purchase

• We will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to resolve it

• If the product is confirmed to be defective and cannot be fixed, we may offer:

  • A corrected version

  • A replacement

  • A refund at our sole discretion

We are not responsible for compatibility issues due to outdated software, unsupported systems, or user modifications.

4. Custom Automation Services

For custom automation projects:

• Payments for completed work are non-refundable

• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once development has begun

• If a project is canceled before work begins, a partial refund may be issued

Refund eligibility for custom services will depend on:

• Scope of work completed

• Contract terms

• Written agreement between both parties

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first:

• We reserve the right to dispute the claim

• Access to products or services may be revoked

• Future purchases may be restricted

We encourage customers to contact us first so we can resolve issues professionally.

6. Legal Exceptions

Nothing in this policy overrides rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Where legally required, refunds will be issued in accordance with governing law.
